What is the make and model of this laptop?

There is a function key on most laptops which will give you access to troubleshooting options.  Once I know what the make and model is of this laptop I can provide you with instructions for these options.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

I appear to have resolved it.....i think, as i can now get on to the system. This is the second time that this has happened now but this was the hardest to resolve so i will be creating a bootable copy and saving the files that i need. Lesson learned make sure you back up first........thanks for the replies though to try and assist me it is greatly appreciated. I used msdart.
