Ok so I have this problem...

My motherboard is Asrock Z87M Pro4.
When I started the UIFI Setup or how it's called , Under the Advanced tab , I enabled the onboard graphics card , and started the computer.

My 2nd monitor was starting , but not my 1st monitor (which is connected on my PCI).

So my question is , how can I start both my onboard graphics card and my PCI at the same time?

I am trying to connect this 2nd monitor to the onboard graphics card because I curently don't have a VGA to DVI adaptor.

Can someone help me out with this problem?

If you need any more info regarding my components , please ask and I will suply them here.

Problem fixed.
I allready had the IGPU activated on my BIOS , but I didn't have the intel graphics driver that might've been needed for the onboard graphics card.
After installing those and making my main graphic card the PCI express , it started both graphics card and both displays turned on.
It works :) Thanks for all the help intended.
