I am by no means a network whiz - but I am stumped. I have two websites that I maintain for businesses. I use Adobe Dreamwaever, if that matters.

At any rate - I can't FTP into either one of them or browse them from a browser on my network. However, if I use my phone (with wi-fi disabled) or use my neighbors computer on his network - I can get there just fine.

I have tried the reset the modem, rother, PC etc. - not sure where to go from here - any advice is appreciated!

When I ping it I get:

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.14393]
© 2016 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

C:\Users\Admin>ping www.spokesandbones.com

Pinging spokesandbones.com [50.28.19.107] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 50.28.19.107:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

At first glance, looks like a firewall block. Try this process with LiquidWeb. I thought at first it was a loopback issue, but the tracert would look different. Here is mine for comparsion;

tracert www.spokesandbones.com

Tracing route to spokesandbones.com [50.28.19.107]

Trace complete.

I would check that Dreamweaver has all the correct website login information entered. If it is wrong, and it is set to auto connect on start, it may be triggering a automated block of your IP for security reasons.
