My monitor is constantly saying no signal. We have changed the monitor, also the vga cord and continues to do it. The weird thing is we took it to a pc tech company we have used before he said he reset the video card and it worked. When they had me test it with their monitor it worked yet on both our monitors it didn't . It was working fine before moving it all to a new desk.

Did he reset or re-seat the video card? If it was a loose GPU, then possibly it became loose again after bringing it home from the shop.

What model video card do you have? Does your motherboard have on board video?

Last, do you have anything thing to connect to your two monitors to confirm they work with the same VGA cord?
