GPU works when 1st installed to PCI 1.

no signal when cold booted.

Move GPU to PCI 2 works when installed at boot.

no signal when cold booted.

At the point of switching the pci slot each time i power down and cold boot the system because its the only way the GPU is initialized.

any solution? Ideas?

Have you updated your BIOS/UEFI?  Do you have the latest nVidia drivers for W10?

You may want to try over in the Internal Hardware forums:    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/7/internal-hardware/
