Are these winrm configuration settings legitimate?

I have reason to believe otherwise; so I just need a Bleeping opinion or two, so I can quit wondering.

 

I've been having extremely ridiculous Win X -64 bit issues for over 8 months now, on my new HP-23q All-in-One PC. In case it matters, I listed several identical file locations at end, but not all.
