Stuck on language/time zone screen

Recently created a new hotmail account, when I try to select time zone and languge, it gets stuck on this page no matter what i choose. Any thoughts?

Check that you don't have Adblock or any scriptblocker ad-on enabled. Also check that you have cookies enabled.
