Blue error screen

I can't access anything except a blue error screen on my dell Inspiron 15 5000 laptop - I recentl had to remove something from the registry and maybe this affected it? I can't get to any Of the options to repair/ recover my computer and have no recovery/ installation disc - can anyone suggest anything ?

Use this to create a free W10 installation disk:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

You can then use the repair tools on it to help fix your system.
I'd suggest using System Restore to set your system to a point before you edited the registry.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
