What points shall I consider in setting the "Low battery level" and "Critical battery level" in Power Option?

Are there optimistic values for these two battery levels?

Not knowing at all what computer you have, my educated is:  critical=10%, Low=25%; some laptops may enter Sleep mode, no telling what others might do - maybe simply shutdown?
