Hi

My machine has been running like a dog of late, especially at startup. CPU usage often moves to 60% and stays there for long periods of time.

I am using Symantec Anti Virus Version 9. I have scanned my machine using Ad-Aware as well as Spybot yet the machine is still painfully slow.

Here is my HijackThis log. Please let me know if I need to post anything else or more info is needed,
thanks in advance for any assistance,
