I had a problem with logging on so I asked for help.  They send me a reply and gave me a 'one off' password. After signing on I was told to 'change password' but I can't find it anywhere so if I 'log out' I'm back to the same problem. I sent this problem still 'logged on' and hope I get an answer.

Hi jacm

Can you please provide more details? Such as what or where are you trying to change the password.

Regards

Nick.

How to change your password on BC:

1jeyD1k.png

1: Click on your forum name while logged in

2: Choose "My Settings"

3: Click on "Email & Password"

4: Fill in your current and new password (2X for confirmation) and hit "Save Changes"

This will change your password and you should be able to log in with your new password.

If it doesn't work, clear your browser cache and restart the browser...

Hope this helps!

Thanks, but I had 'Nick' who solved the problem. I didn't find your email until later on, thanks anyway.
