Windows 10 Anniversary Update Taskbar Issues

Before you read this post, please take a look at the screenshot to see what exactly I am talking about.


The problem is that ever since I've installed the Anniversary Update for Windows 10, the taskbar keeps showing up. The only way that I can fix this so far is by automatically hiding it but I don't like that feature (yes, I know I'm acting picky) so is there any other solution that I can use to fix this? It's been showing up when I've been playing games that are fullscreen and watching videos in fullscreen. Please help. Sorry if I sound confusing. I'm really tired right now and I'm writing this off the top of my head. Any help would be appreciated!  :tophat:

Sidenote: I've tried Googling my problem and nothing related to my issue has shown up yet.
