Blue Screen at startup

Hi I cant run my pc because after I type in my password to windows 7 driver installation starts for my mouse and keyboard which causes a blue screen.

It also hapoens on safe mode and it worked before ... started having this problem when I replugged all the cables after doing some exterior cable managment.

If it happens in Safe Mode, then there's a serious problem here.
Start with these free, bootable diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
