GTA 5????

Useless post. Are you referring to GTA: SA?

Minimum reqs for SA.

Windows 2000 or Windows XP
1Ghz Pentium III or AMD Athlon Processor
256MB of RAM
8-Speed DVD-ROM drive
3.6GB of free hard disk space (minimal install)
64MB Video Card (Geforce 3 or better)
DirectX 9 compatible Sound Card
Keyboard & Mouse

Are you sure you have DirectX 9?
Legend has it that... If you put an AOL disc the opposite way and play it you can hear devilish music... Even worse if you put it the right way... IT INSTALLS AOL!

Sounds like you need to update the graphics card.
By this i mean just installing the graphics driver updates.
