I was trying to download a software but it contained heavy virus. My laptop had been seriously infected by viruses. I ran Malware bytes but it did not remove all the viruses. Then I ran Norton Piwer Eraser. It found some more threats and removed the viruses. But my internet connection wont work now. I am not able to access internet on chrom or IE. Please give me a solution. I urgently need help.
