· OS - Windows 10 Pro (Updated from the free promotion from windows 8.1)
· x64
· What was original installed OS on system? Windows 8.1
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? OEM Installed on computer built myself.
· Age of system (hardware): More than a year old,
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? No, have yet to reinstall the computer, however have cloned and copied OS to a larger hard drive.

· CPU - i7 4790k
· Video Card: MSI GTX 970
· MotherBoard - Asus Sabertooth Mark 1 z97 (https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_Z97_MARK_1/)

· Power Supply - brand & wattage: EVGA 850 G2
· System Manufacturer: Home built rig various parts.

· Desktop

Issues with the computer started coming up during playing session with Final Fantasy 14. It comes up mostly during long play sessions, but sometimes comes up during just normal browsing sessions as well. Have updated the bios to latest version, and drivers from the respective companies' websites, but nothing seemed to work. However, when trying out if a third party driver is to blame, by using Driver Verifier, it BSoD when trying to restart. Went back to restore point after that. Want to know what the issue is before, I go ahead and do a fresh reinstall.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 2702) dates from 2015.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 1 Windows Update hotfixe installed.  Most build 114393 (1607) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

C: drive only has less than 7% free space.  Windows likes 15% free space in order to perform stuff "behind the scenes" without adversely affecting the system's performance.  Please free up 15% on ALL hard drives (you can get away with 10% on larger drives and won't notice a large performance penalty).  Low free space can cause BSOD's - but the actual amount depends on the files being used by the system.

You have 3 hard drives.  What is the age of your Power Supply?

Out of 4 memory dumps there were 4 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Please note that your SSPORT.sys driver dates from 2005.

This is a Samsung printer driver.  I'd suggest uninstalling it, then downloading and installing the latest, W10 compatible driver from the Samsung website.

Truecrpt is not longer supported by the developer - and it may have security vulnerabilities that won't be patched.

More info on their website here:  http://truecrypt.sourceforge.net/

Please uninstall it (and it's driver dates from 2012, so it's likely not compatible w/W10)
