I need some assistance troubleshooting a problem I am having.  When I type inside a new Google Mail email, there is a significant delay on the characters being printed on screen.  This happens in other "forms" including social media.  Also, my use of the mouse to scroll up and down a window is delayed at times.

I have tried a number of troubleshooting apps including Rouge Killer, JRT, AdwareCleaner, and even MTB.  JRT removed a couple of registry entries relating to prefetch for Free Studio (I have the paid version).  AdwareCleaner removed a couple of entries for AVS.

I can't figure out why my browser is doing this.  I do not know of any other tool I am comfortable using.  Can someone please help me fix this?

Thank you so much!
