Hello I'm having a problem with removing McAfee from my laptop.I tried to go through control panel but all I get is this picture. With no way of getting around it.

I tried using the removal tool as well but I keep getting the message about an incomplete installation and that not all the files have been removed successfully.

In some cases you may have to reinstall the anti-virus software and then try uninstalling and use of the vendor's removal tool.

Sometimes the uninstall works more effectively if you first stop and disable the program's service (and associated processes in Task Manager) or perform the removal in safe mode so there are less processes which can interfere with the uninstallation.
