I was doing my daily scans and I saw that adwcleaner had popped up with this key, HKLM\SOFTWARE\classes\S. Every other scan, Roguekiller, aswmbr, HitmanPro, and Avast, has come back clean. Only this registry entry was found, and according to regedit and RegDelNull, it was empty. I just want to know if this is a fluke I can ignore or if Mr. HDDNuker will be getting a call.

I would not be concerned as all your other scans have come back clean.

This key is normally associated with adware rather than trojan instances also, no need to start raining fire on your HDD.
