Itunes not working on Windows 10

Well I have tried numerous things to try and resolve this error but I still keep getting the same error when trying to sign into the Itunes store: "There was an error connecting to the apple ID server."

 

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Back in June, there were outages...perhaps you just happened upon a glitch? Read this article:

Have you tried again since you posted? Are you able to sign into iTunes for other activities except the iTunes store?

I think that the problem is in the Itunes store. Try to contact their tech support.

Hi, sorry for the late response. However I have since re-installed Win10 as also having other problems after this issue too. however I will remember your advice for future reference.
