100% Disk Usage

Hey guys, would really enjoy some help figuring out why in the windows task manager, my disk usage is always at 99% or 100%.

Specs are as follows

MotherBoard: Gigabyte X79-up4


GPU: Gtx 1080

RAM: 32gb

OS: 64bit Windows 10

Disk usage is at 100% simply because something is using the disk.
At work we find that, most often, it's the antivirus/Internet Security (we uninstall/reinstall to try and fix that)


Beyond that, go to the Resource Monitor and see if you can identify anything there (in the Disk section)

Click on the Performance tab, the Resource Monitor link is at the bottom of that window.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

- You're sure about "Disk usage being 100%" ? You perhaps mean CPU usage ?

Wouldn't your HD spec be most applicable in this situation?
