How do I change the view when users open word documents? I want them to see it in normal view all the time...

By changing the view to Normal and saving a document that way Word should be saving the settings for any future documents. I've just tested this out and don't have any problems. Is this a Network thing or individual accounts?

I think you are talking abt default settings. I had to get a repairman in to help me reset a lot of things as I had some sort of "bug" and nothing was working correctly.

Hi jgadrummer,

Are you talking about the Word program itself or just individual documents?
