Hello mr m

What OS (Win XP/2000, etc) are you using? What type of anti-virus are you using and when was the last time you ran a scan? Can you provide more info on the type of pop ups your getting and what they say? Have your tried running your scans in "SAFE MODE"?

Download and install only one of these Free Antivirus programs:
AVG Anti-Virus Free - How to Install, Configure, and Use AVG
Avast - How to Install, Configure, and Use Avast Antivirus
AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic

Update the definitions when done, and run a full scan.
