shrinking volume partition

Hello, i am trying to find a way i can shrink the volume partition i have of Ubuntu to make room for a duel boot of windows. 

 

When i installed Ubuntu 16.04 LTS on my computer i used the whole hhd for the install. Now i want to shrink my partition down so i can install windows. 

 

IS THERE A PROGRAMME I CAN INSTALL ON UBUNTU TO DO THIS?
