Resize a photo

Hi, I was wondering if anyone was capable of resizing this photo to be 800x800, I've tried but it always comes out blurry as hell. If you could resize it and have it be clear, that'd be great because a friend needs it to make a YouTube thumbnail for a video he's posting soon. http://imgur.com/a/wNriv

There's no way to avoid it with that image. It already has severe compression artifacts, and enlarging it to 800x800 you're just spreading that across 64 times the area. IMO the only solution would be to find a higher quality original.

Seems that the image is already cropped and resized... Try working with a bigger one...
