Ok I put this system to gather about a little under a year ago and have had problems almost ever since (sadly I do not have warranty) System specs are as follows
-(CPU) AMD FX-8 9590

-(GPU) Nvidia Geforce GTX 950
-(RAM) 2x8 Gb Kingston sticks ddr3

-(PSU) ATNG ATM-600FB 600W
-(HDD) Toshiba DT01ACA200 7200 rpm
-(MOBO)- Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 R5 (version F2)
My system will freeze without warning or error message, sometimes in game sometimes while I am idling it is very random so thus far I have had no way to reduplicate it so  I can so what Is actually causing it, I have had a few bsod's even while at an Idle screen, at this point I think it may be either a failing PSU or Ram stick although I could be wrong even about that.
I added my crash dumps just in case they might be of any use.
I have tried reinstalling Windows 10 multiple times which results in it running smooth for a few days (giving me false hope -_-) and things like clean installing my drivers but to no avail

Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated as this is driving me insane!
Thanks.

On Fri 8/19/2016 4:04:02 AM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\081916-12828-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x142940)
Bugcheck code: 0x162 (0xFFFFE00067B4E080, 0xFFFFC0017737F690, 0xFFFFFFFF, 0x0)
Error: CUSTOM_ERROR
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

OK, I get this error when I try and run my motherboard disc wanted to see if there was a bios update sorry for the multiple posts!

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis: (from the pinned topic at the top of the forum)   http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/
FYI - I don't often use the Perfmon report, so if it doesn't work please just let me know.
NOTE:  On problem systems it can take up to 20 minutes for the log files to complete.  Please be patient and let it run.

If you still have problems with it running, there's an alternate tool here (direct download link):  https://github.com/blueelvis/BSOD-Inspector/releases/download/1.0.5/BSODInspector-1.0.5.exe

NOTE:
Please zip up the (.ZIP) files - do not use .RAR or other compression utilities.
.ZIP is the type file that can be uploaded to the forums.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

OK if you're still there sorry I know it's been a few days crazy busy at work. the things ive recently done are installed a new PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438085 and did a clean install of windows I have gotten no blue screen while gaming yet only a hard system freeze everything locks even the mouse an the only error I can really find is in Event Viewer:

-Your computer has lost the lease to its IP address 2601:901:8000:2470::1 on the Network Card with network address 0x408D5C19B7EA.

-Audit events have been dropped by the transport.  0

-The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

-The previous system shutdown at 3:07:14 PM on ‎8/‎22/‎2016 was unexpected.

It has done this everytime I have system restored completely wiping all files

The crash dump files are my dumps from before I did the clean install, the collection file is everything after clean install.

Also, how long does the resource and performance monitor usually take? been awhile now and still no results just a continuous "Collecting data for 60 seconds"

Most often, repeated BSOD's after a reinstall of Windows are due to hardware/compatibility/low-level driver problems.

Please start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Make sure that you run the video tests - as the memory dumps are suggestive of a video problem (as are the last error that you posted)

Please be sure to turn Driver Verifier off - otherwise the system will most likely continue to BSOD.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F2) dates from 2015.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  This is just in case there has been a more recent update.
FYI - W8 and W10 communicate more with the UEFI/BIOS than previous versions of Windows, so it's important to ensure that the UEFI/BIOS is kept up to date (and that outdated UEFI/BIOS' may be the cause of some compatibility issues).

Only 7 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

The WER section of the MSINFO32 report shows that Prime95 crashed twice.
Were you monitoring the temperatures when this happened?  If so, what were the temps running at?

What tests were you running when it crashed?

You have the OpenHardwareMonitor.sys driver that dates from 2008.

It is likely incompatible w/W10 (and is a known BSOD cause on some Windows systems) and the program associated with it should be uninstalled (from Control Panel...Programs and Features)

RTCore64.sys is present on your system.  It is usually associated with MSI Afterburner/RivaTuner, but may be present in other probgrams.
It is known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems - so please uninstall the program that's using it (from Control Panel...Programs and Features)

Ok is there anyway to tell from the current information what program is using the RTCore64.sys, I did have MSI but I recently uninstalled it
WHen I was running prime95 temps seemed decent I don't beilive my CPU got above 60C and my GPU above 40C If i remeber correctly I was attempting to run a Blend test.

Will be looking to uninstall OpenHardwareMonitor, RTCore64.sys and an update for my bios

I recently wiped my gpu drivers with DDU because I also asummed it was graphics related and installed the newest driver from Nvidia.

Not sure if this helps at all or is relative but found this error to pup up around the time of the sysytem freeze in event viewer--

RTCore64.sys was only in the first (oldest) memory dump - so if you uninstalled Afterburner we can forget about it for now.
If it rears it's ugly head again, we will hunt it down and kill it manually.

I'm only concerned by the last error (the corrected hardware error).

The tests for that are the diagnostics that I suggested earlier.

Let us know the results of the diagnostics and we'll move on from there.

When i tried updating the bios with the file i got from that site it said it was incompatible with windows 64-bit. I tried both the F10e version and the F9 version both resulting in the same thing, and ok will run tests starting now.

No memory dumps in the uploaded reports.

Are you using some sort of a disk cleaner (such as CCleaner)?

What about the other video tests and the CPU tests?

If they pass, then it's time to try this:  http://www.carrona.org/strpdown.html (to help to rule out what's causing the hardware errors).

The screenshot of the errors is the same thing that I was concerned about earlier.
It is most likely a hardware error.  Unfortunately, it's reported to Windows by a mechanism built into your CPU - so the details aren't very easy to read.

See the notes on this error, it's similar (but not exactly the same) to the one's that you're having:  http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000124

Note that the title of this error is "Uncorrectable..." where your errors are "Corrected"

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I have the Knack. **  If I haven't replied in 48 hours, please send me a message. My eye problems have recently increased and I'm having difficult reading posts. (23 Nov 2017)FYI - I am completely blind in the right eye and ~30% blind in the left eye.<p>If the eye problems get worse suddenly, I may not be able to respond. If that's the case and help is needed, please PM a staff member for assistance.
