Picked up an old alienware laptop to fiddle with and immediately having a huge issue. It is missing the MxM Cord to bridge the 2 video cards. When i try to power it on, I get Blue Power, Blue backlit Keyboard, then 1 long beep and 2 short beeps. I dissaembled it, then took the cards out and tried each individually, using the Master only made it boot up for a moment, got to the password screen and it shut off. Now it refuses to boot up with either card. Is there a way to force it to boot off one card? or is there a bigger issue at hand?

Alienware Corp M17-R1

ATI RadeonX2 Graphics (Not sure how to tell the model.
