Can not be deleted, What is? it's dangerous?

This is an AVG filter key.

Probably you are using or have used the AVG software, probably the antivirus program.
If you do not have such software, or have removed, then you do not need to have this registry key.
Thus, search for obsolete keys and remove all old keys and then should be ok.

yes, I am using AVG Free Antivirus, so everything is alright? No danger, exact?

 

(impossible to remove, to the new boot it was still present)
