I am wondering if there's a way to pull a report that would show every incidence of when my system is disconnected/reconnected to the network.  I have an intermittent problem with my internet connection (signal goes down, then backup within 5 to 15 seconds) and I need to demonstrate to the carrier how often this is happening.  Its so irritating.   Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Scroll down to the "Network tracing with netsh.exe" section

Also, you can use Network Monitor:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=4865
