Not sure where I should be posting this- I have windows 10.

I was able to plug in my second monitor onto my laptop a few months ago and it would work, now it will not work.   i get the message telling me cannot project, try reinstalling driver or use a different video card.

If someone could be of some assistance I would greatly appreciate it.

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) The instruction at 0x%p referenced memory at 0x%p. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0x%x.
