When I plug in SD card in my notebook directly (through SD card port) or by using SD card adapter it shows up in My Computer (as RAW data in Properties), but when I try to open it, it says "Please insert disk in disk drive". It's same for any other other SD card or USB stick. Before I could access files, but would have to use attrib cmd command to unhide them. I had random shortcuts showing up, and almost always Trashes file. This is why I suspect it is a malware problem. I also can't access any antivirus website. SD cards work when I put them in Android. I use Windows XP SP3.

Ok, I will try that. But I have been using System Restore recently and turned it off because it couldn't help.
