what kind of site are you interested in, one with your own domain (costs a little bit) or a free webhost like angelfire?

next for any kind of website you should learn html
which is the basis for all(or at least almost) webpages.

some site i recamend to start with

also i would look into getting a book on html at maybe a used book store or the library

if you need anymore help just ask.

i hope that helped. good luck

^Good hosting and nice short domain for free.

I also recomend learning HTML, I learend a lot from w3schools.

Or, you could get one through like Yahoo or something, and use their editor, or download one, from that Freeware Replacemnt topic in Other Applications.
