Your images will not open so I cannot see what is needed. You should have a sticker on the bottom labeled Service Tag. You can input the number here for your drivers.

If a service tag is not available then for each device that has a yellow exclamation mark in Device Manager right click and select Properties. Under the Details tab select Hardware IDs in the dropdown box. Copy and Post the first line in your next post.

Thanks John for easy instructions...here is the ids copied from device manager.

Device manager is showing bluetooth peripherals with exclamation with 8 times hence copy pasting its hardware id 8 times.

Do you have a Service Tag sticker. That would help narrowing down the the bluetooth.

It will take a bit to get the driver links. I will edit my post when I have them.

Edit. Can you give the exact model number of the 5000. The Dell support site says the 5000 only has drivers for Windows 98

Edit Edit. Can you verify USB\VID_0FCE&PID_51A3&REV_0255&MI_01

This is listed as an Android Driver.

I am not sure this will work but download and install the following driver for the Wifi and Bluetooth.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26191/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-for-Bluetooth-technology-for-Windows-7-?product=75442

USB\VID_0BDA&PID_0129&REV_3960  is your card reader.

Once you get your wifi then go here and download intel's driver updater. This should take care of
