A few days ago I tried to install some new updates and a little while later I forgot that they were downloading and I went to shut down my pc so I could dust it out. Then, I saw that the updates were still downloading and I cancelled the shutdown, but windows update ended up closing. I rebooted my computer and some of the updates installed, but a lot of them didn't. If I go into my update history, it says that some of them cancelled, some failed, some are pending and some of them were successfully installed. If I right click on the failed, cancelled or pending updates, I'll get a different error code for each one. My question is, How can I fix this, and install all of the failed/cancelled/pending updates. These images show everything. Also, please excuse my custom themed windows, some people freak out when they see it because they're not used to it  : https://imgur.com/a/H7iac

Just redo the Updates either Manually or Auto.

Windows will recheck and apply as required.

Any Updates that failed previously and shown as that , will get re applyed and then shown as Installed { Ignore the Listed Failed ones }.

Post back any results if probs exist.

So I studied the update history more carefully and I noticed that there were duplicate/triplicate entries in the list. All of the ones that failed, also had an entry for successful. Same with the one's that said that they were cancelled. Shall I be worried?

As i stated , Failed or Cancelled will be updated after you do a another Update - Manual or Auto.

I would do manually and let it run.

And dont be worried , it will sort itself out.
