The old ip address of the router was 192.168.4.1 now is ( i thing 192.168.1.159 ) and when i try to connect via web browser both ip address wont connect

Is the problem you can't access the router's webpage when on wireless, or that wireless doesn't work at all? If it's just accessing the webpage, have you tried 192.168.1.1 ?

PS. I also find it odd that you have so many temporary IPv6 addresses. It seems your NIC can't do EUI-64 or maybe your IPv6 are set incorrectly. If you continue to have problems, you may want to try disabling IPv6 all together.

::Edit:: Read your MTB log and looks you have a computer set with the same 192.168.1.1 IP as your router. You probably have a computer set with that IP as static.

Cant change the router's IP if you have no way to access the router. You first need to find which computer or device you have set with the 192.168.1.1 IP.  If you have confirmed it isn't your main computer, try disconnecting ALL other devices (even modem) and try to access it that way. You won't get online (since modem is disco) but you should still be able to bring up the 192.168.1.1 webpage on the router itself. If you are still having a problem, post another IPconfig saved from when the router is JUST connected to the computer.

PS. What do you have the router connected to? What model is your modem? Perhaps it is a gateway and has a 192.168.1.1 webpage too.

I disconnect my modem and try to connect 192.168.1.1 but no result. Modem is Cisco EPC3925 and his ip address is 192.168.0.1. I have internet connection from neighbor (He allowed me to do that gave me the password ) and modem is in his home then i have second router connected to his wifi signal TL-WR841N  in repeater mode (openwrt is installed on that router ) with ip address 192.168.3.1 and from that router ( TL-WR841N ) I conducted 25 meters of lan cable directly in my room and that cable is in wan port on TL-WR740N. And from TL-WR740N i have connected my pc via lan cable. I have only my pc connected on this router (TL-WR740N) .

This is ipconfig just my pc connected on router and i took out wan port.

Is that with nothing BUT the test laptop or just with the modem unplugged? The logs on your computer are saying a device with the MAC address 60-E3-27-4D-6E-C9 is also trying to use the 192.168.1.1 IP which is registered to a TP-Link device.

Can you ping 192.168.1.1? If so, try a tracert by Windows Key + R > CMD > Tracert 192.168.1.1. If it traces to your 127.0.0.1 loopback, try clearing your ARP cache by enterting "arp -d" at CMD and pinging and tracing again. Maybe that will give a clue which router it is.

Last, what are your your WAN settings on the TL-WR740N? And is the TL-WR841N fully bridged with WDS?

This is a picture from cmd trace . how can i check how is TL-WR841N bridged with WDS  and  WAN settings on the TL-WR740N?

Just one question is there possible to delete openwrt from TL-WR740N and install original firmware from windows ( not accessing the router from browser) ?

The screenshot shows 192.168.1.1 reverse DNS to a router with OpenWRT on it. Is the TL-WR841N the only router with OpenWRT on it? If so, it is your culprit.

"s there possible to delete openwrt from TL-WR740N and install original firmware from windows ( not accessing the router from browser) ?"

Do you mean is there a way to use the web browser when it is in bridge mode, or do you mean if there is a altenative way of access the router besides HTML, like SSH? What flavor/version are you using of OpenWRT.

::Edit:: Thinking it over some more, I don't think you need to change anything on the TL-WR841N because it may not be bridged anymore. Instead, change the 192.168.1.1 IP on TL-WR740N to something else and then try to access the TL-WR841N via it's 192.168.1.1 gateway.

When am use trace i disconnect wan port  so it was just hooked TL-WR740N.  Yes altenative way. I'm not sure whether this is the answer to your question (What flavor/version are you using of OpenWRT. ) i download openwrt from here https://wiki.openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wr740n and downloaded ( i think) selection  v5.1 trunk snapshot

When i try to change my ip address to 192.168.1.1 this error message pop up

change ip to 192.168.1.2 and when i try to connect to tl-wr841n it says
