Greetings BleepingComputer Community,

On Wednesday August 3rd, I download and stupidly installed a trojan with malware and virus from this site, hxxttps://filescdn.com/cfzqx6lo6ob8. My computer is a custom build running Windows 10 64-bit.

From this it seem I was forced into some group policy and was stripped of my admin rights to all the current user accounts. When in normal mode, programs like malwarebytes, lavasoft ad-aware, windows defender, and ccleaner to immediate close after opening.

After that I used Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool, this was able to make windows defender to work in normal mode and to got it to do a sfc /scannow and chkdsk.

Yesterday, I have done the following to save it rkill (no malware found), tdsskiller (no rootkit found ), malwarebytesm superantispyware, hitmanpro, ccleaner, jrt, adwcleaner, patchmyPC, Herd Protect. In the following order within safe mode with networking.

Also another note for the massive scans I did to my computer, any the programs that attempt to create a restore point could not for some reason. Is the reason that C:\Windows\System32\restore\rstrui.exe is missing?

Now, I am at the end my ropes with no admin rights on my account. I have attached the files after doing a FRST. Thank you in advance for anyone that helps with my case.

Ok I just uninstall the Windows Rules Manager and Win Thruster.

Did the fixlist.txt file on FRST and attached the Fixlog.txt. After the fix, it seems the cache for my web browsers was cleared? Was that suppose to happen?

Lastly, updated my Java. Quick question about it. Could the reason being that it was out of date was because Google Chrome does not support it anymore? I did it through Firefox.

It seems that my account on this computer is still does not have admin rights. I when though the control panel and saw it was switch to a standard user. I heard Linux Ubuntu could force a standard account to be admin account. Should I do that?

Lastly, for the part of your reply of "If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed." Did you meant like physically printing out the directions?

Yes, the tool clears all the temporary file and cache. Some malware hide there on occasions.

Lastly, updated my Java. Quick question about it. Could the reason being that it was out of date was because Google Chrome does not support it anymore? I did it through Firefox.

Chrome uses and updates it's own copy. FireFox still uses the one you have updated and was vulnerable.

Which account are you talking about?

oliver (S-1-5-21-1796505977-3503746626-1352667412-1001 - Administrator - Enabled) => C:\Users\oliver

Lastly, for the part of your reply of "If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed." Did you meant like physically printing out the directions?

Yes it's part of my canned speed. Sometimes there are many things to do and hard to follow with out the instructions.

So I did all four of the methods to check for admin status.

The first one through Setting for both the oliver and charles zhang account were set to admin as well in the netplwiz.

In the cmd, there was an error came up and through the control panel both accounts are set to standard users cannot be change since there is no other admin account on this computer (pics attached).

This Administrator's rights may have been caused by the malware but I cannot suggest anything else other then you starting a new topic in the Wndows 10 Forum.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/229/windows-10-support/

An expert with that Operaring system should be able to help you better than I can.
This is not my forte.

I will leave this topic open for 6 days, if you need to return please do.
