Hi Bobn_NS :)

It would help if you could copy the full path of that key, or even export it and copy/paste its content here so we can see what it contains.

Flange Saw - this kind of thing does not have to be anywhere on your computer, if you do not have made itself such a file, folder, or whatever.
Also, do not be such a registry key. It is not possible.
Perhaps you have visited some of these web pages, where sold such a things and  some junk is left somewhere, for example in user MRU or last visited list.
Such a thing should not be there in any way.

Note that Flange Saw is the name of a fairly common Software Synth sound (Flanged Sawtooth) and seems to sometimes appear as a registry key along with Electric Piano:

I've taken a screen shot - will that help? How do I upload that??

You can upload the screenshot on Imgur.com, and post the URL for it here.

Apparently your pictures aren't publicly available. You can simply upload the screenshot on Imgur.com without having to create an account, use the "New post" button at the top.

Thanks

What I wonder is why are you fooling around in the registry in the first place?  I've been running every version of Windows since version 3.1.1 and haven't had to go near the registry in many years.  Unless you have an extremely unusual and extremely good reason to be in there, my advice is to leave it alone.  You can make one mistake there and make your PC do very undesirable things including not being able to boot.

Make regular full system backups or you'll be sorry sooner or later.
