I have read your instructions on how to get rid of the "your microsoft computer has been blocked" pop up page along with the product key page. However, when I try to open the task manager it does not shows up. I can press ctrl+alt+del and select task manager but the window itself will not pop up. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of this message?

Thank You.
