I am trying to build a budget PC that can play things like WoW/TERA/etc at low to medium settings.

I'm trying to keep it around $300. Would the following be compatible:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B014V50E32/ref=dp_olp_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used

https://www.amazon.com/Intel-Processor-Q8400-2-66ghz-Consumption/dp/B004UJQTSO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1470607917&sr=8-2&keywords=core+2+quad

https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-2048MB-Graphics-02G-P3-2619-KR/dp/B00847TPH0/ref=sr_1_6?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1470607214&sr=1-6&keywords=gt430

https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-Ballistix-PC3-12800-240-Pin-BLS8G3D1609DS1S00/dp/B006YG9E7O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1470608751&sr=8-1&keywords=8gb+ddr3

https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Cache-Desktop-Drive-WD10EZEX/dp/B0088PUEPK/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1470608905&sr=1-1&keywords=1tb+hdd

Do I also need to upgrade the power supply? I'm capable of putting it together, I just need confirmation, advice, or suggestions on a build for that price range. Those parts look decent and should fit (to my knowledge), but I just need a bit of help as I'm new to this. Thank you in advance!
