Losing computer memory constantly

I had 334 when I noticed it was going down in like two days my memory went to 0 I deleted 160 mb's of games and it took about 7 hours for it to go backdown then I deleted a 60 mb game and it took like a day the memory goes down at different rates and I think its creating problems for my wifi since that keeps crashing ive ran atonof antivirus stuff cleared temp files nothing has helped so far I need help as soon as possible
