Transfer contact lists into Outlook 2016 from google mail and outlook.com mail

I installed Outlook 2016 on my Windows 10 pc.  I have contact lists saved by google mail and outlook.com mail.  How do I copy those contact lists into the Outlook 2016 desktop client?

This should help for Gmail:

And this page has a section on exporting contacts from Outlook.com (the importing instructions from the link above should then work to import into Outlook 2016):
