Hi,

I've just found your site and was wondering if you can help me please? I just installed a programme and immediately several other things seemed to install at the same time. I now have an unwanted search toolbar which has no name on it, so I'm not sure what it is. Among the offending items could be POWERSEARCH and POWERSCAN?

I have ran the latest adaware and spybot and updated norton antivirus 2004 (sorry, don't know which version). Below is a hijackthis log. I hope you can help me to get rid of these and anything else that shouldn't be there. If possible please keep it simple - I am relatively inexperienced at this.

Lots of thanks in advance.

I don't know if it's any help, but attached is a screenshot of the offending tool/search bar.

Thankyou.
