Hi everyone I am really having trouble with my bank right now, I know its not on there end because i contacted support and they said everything is fine and when my mobile data is on my phone i can get on it, For some reason When i go to www.royalbank.com and click sign in it just says INVALID URL The requested URL "[no URL]", is invalid.

I have tried rebooting my pc/router and changing my dns and doing ipconfig /dnsflush in cmd NOTHING WORKS i really need help because something is messed up and its all of a sudden this has happend.

 

if anyone knows what i can do please let me know cant pay bills without getting on it.

try this:

 

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

 

then type in ipconfig /all and see if you have a valid IPv4 address.

 

then try again, if nothing, follow same procedure and then restart your machine.

See if that URL works.

im curious why their homepage isn't https(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) but their log in page is, just seems odd to me.

on the bottom of the Sign-in page it shows this

Seems like they are doing maintenance, but if so im not sure why i can reach the sign in page and you cannot.

Same im not sure and i really need to get on it, I dont know what else to do. When i unplugged my router i only left it about 10 seconds should i try it for a few minutes maybe it will fix it?

hey sorry for the late relply. Yes i tried that this morning and no go, I brought my pc upstairs and connected it right to the modem and it works but with it on the router for wireless its blocking it and I am the only one with the password to the router so nothing has changed.. What do you suggest i do
