Monitor connected to the motherboard doesn't work

When the two monitors are connected to the motherboard , they both work

When one monitor is connected to the gpu and the other to the motherboard , only the GPU's monitor works. 

 

Tried to download intel drivers but the drivers aren't recognized .

There a different options in the control panel that will get the right setup so each monitor operates.  Don't get confused with the expanded/extended display options.

Not really . It doesn't detect the other monitor .

I've had 2 monitors for a while , had a problem since the last format
