Hey there. Yesterday I came home from work to see my computer updating. I left the update going over night and can ay it's been stuck at 99% for about 12 hours. What do I do? It says not to restart it. I really need some help. Thanks.

Well you have no choice to restart your computer as its obvious update process stuck. Restart your computer and if computer wont boot then use Windows 10 Setup DVD to use Startup Repair and System Restore tool if non works then we will move to more advanced troubleshooting tactics. Can you tell me which update you were trying to install?
