Hi Guys, the problem usually starts around 5 minutes into the game, and so far has affected around half of the games I play, mostly CSGO, (canirunit says my laptop should have no problem)

The sound starts to crackle and then gradually dissapears until I can hear nothing apart from the odd crackle, until I shut the game down - once closed I am without sound for about a minute until it gradually comes back. The issue only started a few months ago, until then I never had a problem playing any of the games I cant play now.

Appreciate any help

If you are using external speakers, turn everything down, and turn the volume dial all the way around back and forth several times.

Hope this helps you. :)
