Don't worry about your English, it's fine.

If you have problems with both OS's (W7 and W10), then it's most likely hardware.

Sometimes compatibility issues or low-level drivers can resemble hardware problems.

Other possibilities are problems with 3rd party programs.
Windows issues are least likely - and the surest fix for them is ensuring that you have ALL the latest updates.

When posting, please stick with one OS or the other.

As the Driver Verifier dumps were done in Windows 7, please stay with that OS for now.

My first post will be for the W7 OS, my next post will be for the W10 OS.

Rereading the posts, this appears to be a case of 2 different systems - am I correct?

If so, you must be very careful to specify which system we're talking about - as I don't reread the topics all that often, and tend to try and rely on my memory (and this is confusing to me!)

This is for the W7 system:

For starters, please run these free hardware diagnostics and let us know the results:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

What settings did you use when you ran Driver Verifier?

Only 90 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most systems with SP1 have 350-400 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

You have 3 hard drives.  What is the age of your Power Supply?

These devices have problems in Device Manager:

Standardní klávesnice PS/2    ACPI\PNP0303\0    This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Řadič jednoduché komunikace pro sběrnici PCI    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A13A&SUBSYS_A13A1849&REV_31\3&11583659&0&B0    The drivers for this device are not installed.
Myš Microsoft pro port PS/2    ACPI\PNP0F03\0    This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

The 2 PS/2 devices are likely a keyboard and a mouse.  If using an USB keyboard and mouse, these are safe to ignore.

The middle device is most likely the Intel Management Engine driver.  Please download the latest, W7 compatible version from the AsRock website.

Please let us know the results of the hardware diagnostics and we'll move on from there......

This is for the W10 system:

This is the first Anniversary Update (aka 1607/build 14393) system that I've worked

It's going to take a while for me to download the new symbols and get the memory dumps running

Also, I'm later for work right now.

I hope to finish this up in 6-8 hours, but may wait until tomorrow AM (depending on how work and my housework goes).

The W10 set of memory dumps also seem to come from the Z170 Extreme7+ motherboard, not the Z170-DELUXE

Does either system have the Z170-DELUXE?

Also, the STOP 0xD1 error is a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error, yet the error in the 1607 system is a DISABLED_INTERRUPT_FAULT

This indicates a change in the BSOD (at least in the Symbolic Name).

Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

The CAM_Client_V3.sys drivers date from 2008.

This driver appears to be from the software from here:  https://camwebapp.com/

Please uninstall it and see if that helps.

Your Silicone Image drivers (for some sort of USB use) date from 2010 - so those should be uninstalled also.

If needed, get an updated version after troubleshooting them.
