Sound driver messed up??? How do i fix it???

Pls help me idk what to do i tried uninstaling the driver i currently have it didnt work i tried instaling a new realtek hd audio driver and it also didnt work HELP!

I have a mac but i my hard drive got corrupted so i got a new and instaled windows 7 bcs pc masterrace xD and just yesterday my sound was fine when i instaled a voice changer it got corrupted (the sound driver) i think its from that i tried uninstaling realtek 2.79 high definiton audio driver i uninstaled it and instaled it again to see if that is going to fix it and now it dosent even show up in device manager i restarted my pc after instalation has finished and it stays the same no audio driver :(

Nvm thanks for the help i will be back tmrw im upset right now so i wont get on the pc till tmrw i will call my dads brother over because he knows a lot about pc if he fixes it i will reply to this

OK, let us know if you still need assistance, someone will probably know about faultfinding Windows on a Mac (I don't :) )
