Remote Host Resetting My Modem

I mean router not modem.

I keep losing my connection to the internet. My AOL is telling me that a Remote Host has reset my connection. My Internet Explorer and Firefox also go down at that time. I dont know what could be the problem. My DSL router is a Westell Model 6100.
