My Win10 box got hacked, CC info stolen. While I've resolved the CC issue, I haven't been able to remove the infection. I replaced the OS with UbuntuMATE and ran a fresh install in VirtualBox VM and it still shows up. Lots of services with _20127.. MessagingService and below that MessagingService_20127. In all honesty, I'm shocked that this happened even in a VM. I've been in computers for years, I've cleaned infections before without help, but this one has me stumped. Thanks!

Having now found the post on information to list:

Problem occurs on windows 10. I had the infection develop, reinstalled from scratch (which meant installing Win7 then upgrading to 10 via web, not local image). Still present. 2 computers were infected, a desktop and a laptop. Tried Defender Offline, it couldn't find anything. After this, reformatted the devices, to UEFI instead of bios, put Ubuntu MATE 16.04.1 on them. Then on the desktop built a VM in VirtualBox and installed 7 from a different disk, and did the web based upgrade again. Same thing. My only guess is it's somehow in the bios? Thanks! :)
